Please note; Guinea Pig Magazine is run by a small team of guinea pig enthusiasts most of which, only work part-time for the magazine. We will endeavour to reply to emails as quickly as possible, but if you have not heard back from us straight away, please don’t panic!
It is our policy to look after all customers with kindest and understanding, so if your subscription has accidently renewed or you’ve made a mistake on your order, we’ll help you fix it and provide a refund it needed. If we’ve made a mistake, we are very sorry and will do our absolute best to get the issue resolved and make it up to you.
Our customer service opening hours are 9am-3pm GMT, Monday to Friday, but we do monitor emails periodically over the weekend and evenings, should there be any emergencies. Please note that we do not have a customer service phone number. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
